  Called to pick up a package and was told to pass by afternoon. I went in at 12:30pm and was helped by a young man, who I told I was there to pick up a package. He seemed nice until he couldn't find the package and told me in a rude manner he was not going to look for it any longer. He was rude and the manager wasn't any better. If they tell you, they have your package over the phone, then they can't find it is totally unprofessional. Awful customer service.
